SEGA has unleashed a new trailer to Phantasy Star Online 2. The sequel to the original console MMORPG is about to receive a new content patch that’ll make every gamer happy. Well, everyone that can currently access the game. The Japanese-language trailer reveals the new Duman (Dewman) race, a new planet and, naturally, a horde of new loot, including the Katana and Bow.
The Episode 2 update will also unlock a second character for all players, the new maptype dubbed Coast, the Braver class type and more mobs to farm. Unconfirmed data mining suggests that new skills have been added alongside a skill tree revamp. The changes will result in skill reset items being distributed to players.
The four-plus-minute trailer is available after the cut with some accompanying screenshots. Western gamers remain holding their breath for their option to join the 2.5+ million players already collecting loot. SEGA revealed no news on the game’s anticipated North American launch at E3 2013, leaving the “delayed” state from mid-March as the most recent status.
Episode 2 will launch on July 17, 2013 for current audiences and introduce additional story elements. Continue Reading

Hey. Did you know that I am Irish? No? Well, it’s the (unfortunate) truth. This means a few simple things. First, there’s some sort of curse that I need to be worried about. Not exactly sure what that means quite yet. Second, I’ve this unfortunate skin condition of not being able to OH GOD IS THAT NATURAL SUNLIGHT?!
Now that I am back under an umbrella with a built-in T-shirt, Sunblock 5000, and the where with all to hide under every shadow in the immediate vicinity, I can present you with some new, key information on Infinite Crisis. That’d be the news that Turbine Entertainment has developed a new map for the upcoming MOBA. Not that SMITE hasn’t been eloquent with its intentions, but IC is hoping to surprise its competition with Coast City, an all-new gameplay option.
The new, two-lane map features a pair of lanes, turrets, Power Relays for map vision and the infamous Doomsday Device. Don’t believe me? Check out the trailer below. If you dare. Wuss.

Hey, what’s that? There’s a big game convention or something going on this week? Oh, cool. Normally E3 isn’t a bastion of MMOG news, but Wargaming.net never misses a marketing opportunity. But hey, why wait for the actual convention to start when you can just push out your trailer and beat the crowd?
The official E3 trailer is all pomp and circumstance as there’s very little in-game footage on display. That being said, the cinematic trailer is a testament to the company’s overall skill at getting the adrenaline pumping. Things go boom, slice through the water at unfathomable speed and there’s bass. Lots of it.
If the World of Battleships Michael Bay edition didn’t suit your fancy, perhaps the other Wargaming.net E3 tidbit did. That, of course, being the final for real official announcement that World of Tanks is heading to Xbox 360. This shock absolutely no one that’s been following the recent industry purchases of Wargaming.net.
