Latest patch has killed the player base. Those who reached level 40 before the patch were able to earn heroic gear easily. Now heroics were made ridiculously hard (patch notes say 20% harder). This divides the population into those fully equiped with epic gear, and those who probably will never get epic gear. The game really needs a new server to make things fair, since a complete wipe would lose even more players. Not to mention many more game breakers like reduced drop rates, memory leaks, bugs that never get fixed, broken quests and crafting. Almost all these issues stem from the fact that the game is controlled by it's Russian masters. Patches get rammed down players throats, whether required or not. This is Allods idea of an update, give us what the Russian version got 1 year later, even if it's completely broken.

This is a PvP game, so they should advertise it that way. It's a lot like Aion, PvE leveling until mid-20 level, then full PvP. After level 23, you WILL be ganked. It does look and work a lot like WoW in the beginning, but WoW doesn't force PvP on you after level 23. I repeat, Allods Online is a PvP game. You've been warned, carebears.

This game will be dead soon. listen to me after Gipat patch all is changed, the game is hard like hell, ppl must use cs if they really want to play this game . only thing that is free in this game is log in and client and walking... How is possible that this game is first on the list !? was a good game but if they dont change something this game will be dead in less then a month (servers already all low, even spamers left the game) ... dont waste your yime with this, it was a good game now its not ...

Allods was great before Gipat.. But now, it sucks. Gipat Patch just destroyed this once fine game. Play something else if you're lookin for a new game

Yeah stick a fork in this. It's a shame it was a really well done f2p MMORPG for the most part but the devs got too greedy and force you to use their item shop

I loved this game single player, the US release was called Rage of Mages, the sequel necro-something, didnt play it. Was truly an inspired game, came out around as the same time as ultima but game play was better, story was less so. I see that this is a P2P game, but can't be any worse than EQEx. I think I'll check it out.

I have been playing this game for a few weeks and I can honestly say its the best f2p mmorpg I have ever played. The graphics are top notch and the gameplay is superb. My favorite part of the game is how every new zone is unique, its like a whole new game every few levels. I strongly recommend this game to any lover of RPGs with great lore and widespread pvp.

Let`s face it, it`s a nice game, but to early to turn it into P2P as they don`t fix bugs and some of them are pretty old and unfixed. Idd they got a little greedy or drunkie :) and now a lot of players had to suffer. So a message to our Russian brothers: Tell Stalin to fix the bugs and balance the game ,and after push the game to P2P.

As the game is now , gpotato made a horrible mistake with one of the patches as you might understand from the comments above , but they fixed it a month lather ,sadly most of the people who left did not come back 2 see how it was fixed. As it is now the game will be launched in 3 weeks ( no wipe ) Just a raised lvl cap , and more balance with the classes. While Gpotato promised not to do same mistake again they said that they will be a bit slower with release of later patches but mistakes will not be redone. I have been playing since the start of the eu version of the game and I enjoy it alot , but I left the game for a couple months when the ''killer'' patch came. Tho you might think im a donator , but im not and have no problems in pve or pvp. If you play the game as it is now you can withouit problems with ingame gold get Anything you want. Of my research it is the best free to play mmo yet and will be for a while I suppose. The game will be released 11 of May with lots of events and XP boost ! So if you wanna come and try it out come soon =) Good luck and have a nice day =D
