Dota 2 is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) or Dota game similar to League of Legends. Players select a hero and enter into a team vs team combat arena with the goal of destroying the opponents tower. Blizzard Sues Valve over DOTA Trademark

It looks like Blizzard has finally filed the lawsuit against Valve to prevent them from trademarking the DOTA name.
