PlanetSide OverviewPlanetside was the first big MMOFPS to popularize the genre. Planetside game players the option to join one of three waring factions and battle for supremacy over the land.
PlanetSide was released in 2003 by SOE and remains on of the oldest MMOFPS still running. Planetside is a mainly PvP MMO.
