I’m an avid tabletop D&D player, as well as playing both NWN1 and 2. Would love to get my hands on the beta, and give great feedback that only a player of many FR campaign settings could give. Also, my fiance recently left me, SO, i have nothing else to do other than game! PICK ME!

Because i love D&D and play everything from original Chainmail to the Modern Additions
September 8th, 2011 at 1:27 pmQuote
I still play Neverwinter on my PC and it would be great to play an updated version with friends just like I did the first time around!

B/c I love to play D&D but have no one to play with!
September 8th, 2011 at 1:27 pmQuote
I remember playing the original AD&D 1st edition version of Neverwinter Nights on AOL back in the early 90s, I’d be thrilled to get in on the ground floor of the new imagining of the game based on the latest edition of the ruleset.
September 8th, 2011 at 1:28 pmQuote
As a long time player and fan of Neverwinter, I started with Neverwinter Nights on AOL, then the gold box SSI games, and enjoyed the Neverwinter Nights PC game. Having an opportunity to help play/develop the latest platform would continue a rich history of the setting and the game.
Thanks in advance,

I want a key because I’ve been playing D&D since 2nd edition, and have been loving every bit of it. Countless adventures, and even some DMing on my side has given me more joy in this life than any other game or hobby has ever come close to providing. I love you,D&D.
September 8th, 2011 at 1:28 pmQuote
I enjoy D&D and enjoy playing the Neverwinter Night game would be awsome to win for my B-day today.

Avid reader of D&D related books. huuuge RA Salvatore fan.. I enjoy strategic games as well as the customization of ones character to make it your own! To put it sweet and simple.. id put this key to its full potential of use!
September 8th, 2011 at 1:29 pmQuote
I DMed one of the Encounters for the recent Neverwinter season and liked it. I usually work then so no more participation so a beta key to the Neverwinter Heroes game would be an awesome thing! Would allow me to keep within the Neverwinter world.
September 8th, 2011 at 1:30 pmQuote
I love D&D, and have been playing it since the Red and Blue AD&D boxed sets came out – I still have them! I have the Silver Archive Forgotten Realms computer games, have Pools of Radiance, and also have the Baldur’s Gate games for PS2. I have the Diamond set of Neverwinter Nights 1, and have NWN 2.
Besides, getting a beta key would really cheer me up right now. My two boys are entering the military soon. One is going into the Army on the 19th, and the other is taking the physical for the Navy on Monday. Maybe playing Heroes of Neverwinter will keep me from missing my two personal heroes…
September 8th, 2011 at 1:31 pmQuote
I would love a key because I love D&D and ive played for a very long time and if ideas are needed i believe i can help. i just love these kind of games so i would play constantly if i get to :)

I need the key! Don’t have picklock as class skill!
September 8th, 2011 at 1:34 pmQuote
I’d like to give it a try, I enjoyed both the first and the second Neverwinter Nights, as well as having played The Temple of Elemental Evil on the computer as well, and I am rather curious to see how well this version of the D&D system works online. I’d like to be able to give it try, but if not, hopefully whoever gets it enjoys themselves.

Forgotten Realms is my absolute favorite D&D setting, and has been since I was old enough to start reading R.A. Salvatore’s books. My D&D group all moved away in the last two years, and I’ve been unable to find a new group to play with. What’s a girl to do? Try and get her D&D fix through the beta for Heroes of Neverwinter, of course!
September 8th, 2011 at 1:37 pmQuote
Key? I don’t need no stinkin’ key…because I’m a rogue. Except I’m not. And I do.
September 8th, 2011 at 1:38 pmQuote
I got into D&D about a year ago, and the great group I’ve played with since has totally defied all of my (somewhat stereotypical) expectations of what D&D and its hobbyists are like. Seriously, sometimes it’s tough to go back to video game RPGs because there just isn’t that flexibility that a good DM and PCs can bring to the table.
Still, the chance to try some 4th Edition while I waste time on Facebook is too good to pass up. Wizards’ Virtual Table is still a ways off, so I hope this succeeds.
September 8th, 2011 at 1:38 pmQuote
Hey! i’m eagerly anticipating the game, and would love a chance to be a tester!
September 8th, 2011 at 1:38 pmit looks like a perfect collection of D&D and those tactics, grid based games, both of which i admit to playing a lot of! :D

I would like a beta code to this please! I <3 wizards and DnD and have been playing DnD Encounters Lost crown of Neverwinter for the past two weeks, so playing the FB game would be sweet too.

i missed the sign up due to being sick. I was abused as a child and D&D saved my life…. ummm oh and I was dropped on my head as a kid. Did I mention Neverwinter totally rocks? And it would be nice to be able to have one app on FB that doesn’t totally suck. Thank you for your considerations,

I have played DND since 3rd edition and have loved the mechanics that go into battle. I have combed the internet trying to find something that I can do “alone” or at odd hours since I had a child and can’t seem to arrange steady meetups to play dnd anymore.

Because the game is awesome and I have no friends to play with so I always have to buy mercs to build my party and that gets expensive. If you give me a beta key I can give it to my friend who wants to play. Sharing is caring.

I have been an avid D&D fan since the 80′s and was very excited to see the game come to Facebook. I loved Gary Gygax’s creation so much that I collected anything D&D I could get my hands on. I love the history and want to be connected with the next generation to show the love of this game is for ALL generations into the future.
September 8th, 2011 at 1:51 pmplease let me in, it is getting harder to find fans to play the old fashioned way without video and I am willing to learn with visual interactives.
Thank-you kindly

I would love a key to help make the game flawless for the final product. I’ve been playing D&D for only a month now but I’ve fallen in love, also brought a bunch of new people too and they fell in love as well. I would love to be able to point people toward this game and say, “Yes it’s amazing.” So if I could have thta oppurtunity it would be greatly appreciated.

I grown-up whiff AD&D, as my father was a DM sins before I was born. At eleven I joined the group and played for many years, until the group fall apart due to relocation out of the region. Sadly I never found a new group to play. Next to that I have a good machine to use for testing, because I run Linux, as the game could have problems when running Linux instate of Windows or Mac.
September 8th, 2011 at 1:54 pmQuote
I joined facebook only for this game, any questions?
September 8th, 2011 at 1:56 pmQuote
I want a code. My friend plays and it looks like a lot of fun. But he doesn’t have any friends in the game and always has to buy mercs and apparently it is expensive. If I get the code I can play with him.
September 8th, 2011 at 1:56 pmQuote
I would love a key, though admittedly more for my own enjoyment than any philanthropic desire to improve the game. I’ve been DMing 4e for over 2 years now, but I can still count on my fingers the number of times I’ve actually played. So any chance to take a break from DMing my own game and play something D&D related is great!

Because I need to quit playing Zynga games once and for all. Because my laptop will not be able to run Skyrim. Because I don’t own even one plaid shirt. Because I’m forever alone. My old college D&D group from the ’80s has scattered to the four winds, but we have recently been reunited by the good offices of Facebook. A combination of D&D and Facebook seems tailor made for us! (This plea was made possible by grants from Larry the Happy God, Blue Bolts from Heaven and Honest Al’s Emporium, where there are never any guarantees.)

I have been an avid D&D Player player since before the Forgotten Realms Campaign Set was new. *pulls out his original yet well used Forgotten Realms Campaign Box Set* So I am quite familiar with the Realms and Neverwinter including it’s various expansions. NWN Diamond Edition. I am also very familiar with Online RPG’s/MMO’s
And I would love a beta key because then Deekin Scalesinger can once again tell tales of my great adventures in Neverwinter.

I started playing Dungeons & Dragons about 7 years ago, and got hooked on it. In all honesty I want this beta key because my D&D group in particular likes to poke fun at me for playing facebook games and whines about me posting to facebook friends when I could be talking to them. I would love the chance to rub it in their faces and say look who got a beta key” with the childish face gesture of ” :p “(especially because I know they’re going to want one after they hear about it) as well as play a D&D game on facebook. :). It’d be a nice addition since we’re in a rut right now and we only play maaaaaaybe once a week, but it’s been all one-shots lately and I’d like to play something static. Thanks for your consideration. <3

September 8th, 2011 at 2:58 pmQuote
I started playing Dungeons & Dragons back in 1985 but I have not played since 1990 although I did get into Magic: The Gathering on my PS3. I just would LOVE to get back into D&D and see how it has changed over the years because now I hear there are 4th Edition rules?!?!
Interesting to see it on Facebook and the potential for roleplaying with “strangers” has always been something I never did. I remember how back in the day it was WORSE than being labeled a “goth”, hahahaha… You basically played in people’s basements and had to meet at night after school or on weekends.
So hook me up with a key… :)
September 8th, 2011 at 3:02 pmQuote
To start, I will not provide evidence of some profound nerdom heralded above all other in this amazing community of D&D. Some people have simply been alive longer than I.
In honesty there is truly a void of tabletop currently in my life as most any group that I have participated in tends to wither due to scheduling conflicts. This game could easily help rectify this issue, as it truly is a curse.
I am excited from a game standpoint to finally see an interactive UI with standard rpg elements of captured movement rather than your standard Mafia Wars style game. Plus it would allow me to play with not only family but close friends in a non-committal environment as their should be opportunities to play when they are unavailable.
Plus….killing giant rats and goblins is a much better way to spend time on facebook than watching my news feed roll.
Help a brother out?

I play D&D 3.5 with a group of friends ever other saturday night for 2 years now. At one point we were thinking of playing an alt game online with some software. Maybe a NeverWinter would be a fun way to play an extra game from time to time. I have had 2+ years of experience with D&D (altho im still a noob) I wouldn’t mind testing Heroes of Neverwinter and actually give feedback.
Thats my reason. Either way game with everyone soon!

What!! You offer unholy keys to the Book of the Face!
Curse thee foul Demonspawn. Even thou name ‘mmocrunch’ is unpronounceable in my fair human tongue thou foulest accursed being of the lower planes. Never shall I use the devils gate you offer… For that way leads to a dark path. ‘Stay away from the mighty city-state of Neverwinter, which I Sicarius call home’ I tell thee. If I or any of my brethren of the sacred flames find thou rotting, stinking apparition in our fairest realm we shall smite thee, bind thee and banish thee whence thou came, never to return.
Thou hast been warned!

I need a key to open dungeon and feel my sword cuts the flesh of my enemies. Explore this fetid and suffocating dungeon in search of treasures and battles. That’s what I seek in Heroes of Neverwinter!

I want a Heroes of Neverwinter closed beta key.
I’d love to play and to see what you guys have been up to. I am an active online player and have experience with testing beta level games. I am willing to provide feedback and suggestions. I have played D&D since the early eighties and am experienced with 4E rules.

Hello All, It would be incredible to get one of these beta keys and get started on the adventure. Saw the booth promo at comicon, and I have been playing the paper and pencil version of D&D since the 80′s. I have also owned nearly every pc based D&D game including the entire series of Neverwinter Nights which I actually play still today even though it’s outdated. Lastly my D&D DM already has a beta key and he’s cranking up the levels so I need to catch up.
Thanks for considering my plea…

I would like a free Beta key because reality sucks. D&D has been an escape from reality for me since junior high, even though I graduated in the late 80′s the game is still one of my only distractions… The other games on FB are boring. Lets see what you got for me?
September 8th, 2011 at 5:43 pmQuote
I have enjoyed the Neverwinter Nights PC games and I’m just starting with the D&D 4th P&P Campaign Set around Neverwinter…. and I would be happy playing this also promising FB game! (searching my inbox for the key… :D )

I remember playing http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neverwinter_Nights_(AOL_game) when it came out and had a blast. Therefore I am very old school. Also very old. And the kids these days, they have no respect for their elders. Hey you damn kids! Get off my MMORPG! “tosses walker at the damn kids”

HI there! I mainly want to play Neverwinter cause my friends are currently playing it, and all I hear is that it’s the best Facebook game ever. I’m a big play with my friends kind of gamer, and reading over all the posts…….I think I’m the only one who wants to play the game cause I can play with my friends!

I’m hoping to earn a beta key so I can start getting my D&D fix again. I’ve been playing tabletop since the early 80′s…red box rules represent…I’ve played Baldur’s Gate 1 and 2, Icewind Dale 1 and 2, Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2, Temple of Elemental Evil, not to mention all the old skool, SSI ‘Gold Box’ games. I recently had to drop out of Dungeons and Dragons Online, which I’ve also played since Beta when my wife suffered a stroke and I had to miss some time (and thus, money) at work to take care of her. I’d love to be able to get my fix back….

I want a beta key because this looks like it might be the best game on Facebook yet, and their official way of getting beta keys sucks. So I might as well try this…!

I want a beta key because I’ve been a longtime fan of Neverwinter (and Faerun as a whole) since the setting was introduced. I’ve played both NWN titles and am currently in a Lost Crown of Neverwinter Encounters group. I’ve also done a lot of beta testing of games (console, pc, tabletop) previously and always try to provide lots of feedback and bug reports.

I swear I could write a book on all of the adventures I’ve been on. Beta key please and thank you. Good luck to all for tomorrow.

My 1st real mmorpg was Neverwinter Nights. Since then, I’ve had no life, and have played nearly every online role playing game I could get my hands on. Recently quit playing WoW, and looking for a new interest. Am on pins and needles waiting to play DnD: Heroes of Neverwinter. If you’re tossing around a few beta keys, I’d certainly throw up my glove to catch one.
