Instance Gratification: WoW Episode 1.3 – The Stunning Conclusion to Blackfathom Deeps, a “Hidden” Boss!

And we’re back for the culmination of the three-part series. After a full trouncing of five of the eight bosses by the end of Episode 1.2, The B Team has its heart set on ruining Twilight Lord Kelris’ meditation and proceeding to the “hidden” boss of Blackfathom Deeps, Aku’mai. No amount of platforming hopping, swimming or water breathing will hold this crew back.

Death, well, that’s a different story. But a break for a crab dinner may be in order as we discuss who the hell the hot naga is that Kelris is communing with.

  1. Actually Aku’mai isn’t really hidden per se. However there IS or at least was a real hidden boss. If you swim underwater on the right hand side of the entrance to Kelris’ chamber, there’s a tunnel that at least used to have a threshadon boss (just can’t remember his name ATM) that dropped a nice dagger back in the day. I’ll have to go check it out sometime to see if he’s still there.

The boss you are thinking of is named “Old Serra’kis”. It is also on the LEFT side of the temple entrance, not the right.

  3. People should pay more attention too what is in the dungeon and not when the LFG tool say when it’s over ;-) (don’t know if they changed it for BFD)
BTW I love the comment on the DDO Catacombs sarcophagus smashing run we had it was fun XD
