Vikings of Thule, one of the first ever MMORPGs designed for Facebook, released their first expansion pack this week. Chapter 1: Slayer of Wyrms is oriented towards single player content and features a long questline. The new content enables players to set their own difficulty level, making it available to new and old characters alike.
Iris Kristin Andresdottir, Senior Producer for Vikings of Thule, said of the expansion, “We have been pleased to see more players than ever before engaging with [our game], so we wanted to create a whole new experience for them.” Also included in the update are new game maps.
Vikings of Thule lets players use force and craftiness to work their way through the hierarchy of Viking society. Players collect gear upgrades and earn the favor of certain Norse gods, all of which come into play when they engage others in fierce PvP combat.
Hi my name is idiot, I have invested about 25$ and over 30 hours collectively playing V.O.T. I just keep telling my self at some point it will stop sucking, but it never does.
Pros
*Cool glitch with the trading screen that lets you get 50 resource per click (only temporary though :( but, none the less one of the finer points of my 30 invested hours.
Cons
*Server = NOT stable
*Everything about Wyrm is annoying as gnat on crack.
-The fights are not interactive.
-The fights are looooong.
-If you exit you will have to start over again*
-No point [no gain] to Wyrm
*Hey um it is immpossible to beat the wyrm #3 (hard) with-out buying silver coins,to purchase better equiptment. seriously i tried 57 times and lost 57 times; i lost resource -35397 ore -8949 and some ruin i think. [READ: YOU CAN NOT WIN WITH OUT PAYING]
*what is the point of Wyrm?, what is the point of wrym #2?,what is the point of Wyrm #3?what is the point of Wyrm #4? !!!!!! This is one highlight of my complaints I have invested wayyyy to much ore,resources,time and that other crap on defeating the Wyrm WHAT IS THE GD POINT? Usaly you get some thing from beating a boss a weapon or at least more ore, resources than you paid in COME ON!!!! what is the point!
Conclusion Vikings of thule sucks it is a giant terd that needs to be flushed.
