Wargaming.net, the makers behind the WWII tank MMO World of Tanks, announced today another WWII game titled World of Warplanes. Based on military aircrafts ranging from the 1930’s through the 1950’s World of Warplanes takes place in roughly the same time from as World of Tanks. World of Warplanes is a stand alone MMO game that will be free to play. No word on yet if Wargaming plans on integrating the two worlds together or of there will be any overlap or interaction between the two gaming world.
