The day everyone has been waiting for, the announcement of when Star Wars: The Old Republic will be released. Today BioWare announced that the release date for North America will be on December 20, 2011 and in Europe on December 22, 2011.
Below are the current subscription plans and prices. All copies of SWTOR include 30 days for game time.
- 1 Month Subscription: $14.99 (£8.99/€12.99)
- 3 Month Subscription: $13.99 per month (one-time charge of $41.97/£25.17/€35.97)
- 6 Month Subscription: $12.99 per month (one-time charge of $77.94/£46.14/€65.94)
Those who have pre-ordered will receive early access to the game, however it has not yet been announced how early. Most likely it will be a 24 hour head start, we’ll keep you updated as soon as we find out.
UPDATE: Senior Community Coordinator Allison Berryman posted on the official SWTOR forums commenting about when early access will begin. While still no official date, he did say “there will be multiple days of access.” Very nice :)
