In the latest Letter from the Producer on the Final Fantasy XIV forums it was revealed that the next update would be delayed by five days, to October 4th, and two features will be pushed back to patch 1.19a.

- Guildleve history evaluations
The full patch notes from 1.19 will be released on on September 30. To try to make up for the delay a new video was released showing off the battle against Ifrit, one of the dragons famous to the Final Fantasy series that will be included in the upcoming Bowl of Embers.
