NCSoft is holding a City of Heroes Super Booster V: Mutant giveaway event on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010 ahead of the release of the super booster pack the day after. For those that don’t know, the City of Heroes super booster packs include new costume pieces, emotes and other related aesthetic features for a particular super hero type. This pack will focus on those super heroes who are of the mutant origin, and if you count yourself among those blessed by random genetic changes, you could win the contents of the super booster for free by just keeping your eyes peeled:
It’s not too complicated…just keep your eyes on one of the following City of Heroes® communication channels: Message Boards (City Life – CoH & CoV General Discussion for U.S. players and The European Lounge for European players), Facebook and Twitter. We will randomly release two codes an hour (anytime within that hour) on those channels. Even we won’t know which channel each code will go up on until we randomly pick it out of the hat, so be on the ball! Both codes for the hour could go out on the same channel or different ones…we’ll all find out on the 23rd! Its first come, first served… so when you see a code simply be the first one to claim it by applying it to your account and it’s yours! You will be the envy of everyone in-game as you run around adorned with all the Mutant-tastic goodies that no one else can get their hands until the next day!
