Anyways Florensia has decided to celebrate Saint Walpurga’s. Saint Walpurga was a nun. Her feast day commemorates the translation of her relics on May 1st. Walpurgis Night is celebrated on the night of April 30th, the eve of Saint Walpurga’s feast, when the witches and other occult folk can celebrate before being banished by the dawn of this saint’s special day. Walpurgis Night is also a feast to bear in remembrance the bonfires of the Vikings who celebrated spring in that night. I’m not going to keep rambling on but its always great to know why we celebrate something right?
So what is Florensia doing to celebrate this great feast? From April 29th to May 7th, you can get some creepy and scary costumes to wear for Walpurgis Night from the item shop.
