And here it comes the “bomb news” of the day. Turbine has announced that next Fall 2011 will be the time when the next Lord of the Rings Online expansion launches. Rise of Isengard will be the first third expansion for this MMO featuring Tolkien’s world and will bring some very interesting additions to the game.
Firstly, Rise of Isengard will come with an increase of the level cap. For now, all LOTRO players can raise their characters to level 65, since Siege of Mirkwood launched last year. When everyone turns to Isengard next Fall 2011, everyone will on the “exp. frenzy” till they reach the new level 70 cap.
The epic storyline, the best on LOTRO by far in my opinion, will continue as the Grey Company makes its way south to Dunland. You all know what happens, right? Certain corrupted wizard is messing with evil forces, desiring certain object that should not fall into his hands. You all will come to see Orthanc, isn’t that just worth it?
Monster Play will see a huge improvement. It will available to all players, will change many skills and advancement and, cheers, there will be a new region for PvP lovers battle till their eyes turn as red as the ones of the man on the picture above. It was about time Turbine revamped Monster Play.

Awesome, I think I will really look forward to this expansion, I’ve always wanted to explore and travel around a wider map in this game. Having the oportunity to do it it’s always a good call for many of uf, fans.
