  1. In all honesty, I’m not too thrilled about this announcement. The Pandaren Brewmaster in Warcraft 3 was a pretty nice addition to your team, but I just don’t see these peaceful monks in a game like World of Warcraft. This makes me glad I quit playing awhile ago.

Freebie games are slightly less reliable, but can be just as fun as a P2P…. now, if only November/December would hurry up and get here so I can pick up my copies of Skyrim, Mass Effect 3 and SW:TOR…

    >.>

  2. I may or may not be doing a “rant” post against Blizzard for the sheer poor design they’ve done in the last two expansions. I may just want it to die.

Who knows? Maybe the community will convince me otherwise to share my thoughts & feelings :P

  3. I don’t see why people gotta hate so much on WoW, sure you quit and are done with it but that doesn’t mean you have to be mean (towards the game, and P2P models, as I find).

  4. It’s not that I’m so much as mean towards the game or P2P models, it’s the fact that I’m unhappy to see a game that I used to enjoy so much take a different turn that, in my opinion, is for the worse.

Specifically speaking, it’s not against the game, it’s more against Blizzard’s design team behind the game deciding to make the changes.

If it was the game it would be a lot less unfounded unhappiness and disappointment.

  5. Pretty much what Mordil said. I used to love WoW, and cataclysm was exciting for awhile, but then it just got boring fast. This pandaria thing.. to me it just screams that WoW’s rating is going to be only borderline T because of the violence and alcohol content. Beyond that, it seems to be becoming more and more tuned towards the younger audiences.

That’s just my opinion though, no need to go spreading it around. (+2 interwebz if you know where this line is from)
