The release date for the next patch of Final Fantasy XIV was announced today via the FFXIV forums in Producer’s Letter XIII. FFXIV patch 1.8 can be expected on July 21st, however the patch could be delayed 1-2 days as Naoki Yoshida puts it, “things are pretty tight“.
While the patch notes have not yet been released, we covered some of the upcoming changes in a previous produces letter. Some of those changes include Guildleves and battle system reform and two new instanced dungeons.
