Today alaplaya, a leading MMO publisher, revealed details about the next major content update to its MMORPG Florensia. The upcoming installment will feature new Combat Pet skills, an “attendance” system and the return of Harbor Occupation War.
To start off, Pets will now have the ability to use skills including both offensive and defensive as well as the ability to heal. Players will be able to customize their Pets skilsl and purchase new skills from the Spirit Manager or the item shop.
A new “attendance” system will be added which is designed to track players and reward those who check in more often. Players can visit with town managers and receive bonuses such as 20% EXP buff for one hour.
The biggest change is the return of epic battles with Harbor Occupation War. Guilds can participate in 24 vs 24 player events to fight for control of ownership of Florensia’s harbors in Roxbury, Castle Hall, Glostem and Cherrytown. The guild that comes out on top will gain control over the harbor and receive bonuses such as levying taxes on NPCs located in that city.
