Guild Wars 2: Designer Interviewed about Dynamic Events System Details

MMORPG.com recently sat down with lead Guild Wars 2 designer Colin Johanson to discuss some questions and debates that were raging around forums concerning their newly mentioned Dynamic Events system.

Some of the most pressing issues were whether the Dynamic Events system would have any kind of resetting feature or if it worked on some other, less familiar principal. The discussion also targeted if players will miss any content considering the style of questing that Guild Wars 2 hopes to implement.

  1. I can’t wait for this game to release. I like the idea of dynamic events and that we’ll be able to help one another out without interfering with others experience and so on. I wonder if they will have giant events like raids and such.
