On July 20, Ministry of War, an upcoming free-to-play MMO game being released by Snail Games, will begin closed beta. Claiming it is a true MMORTS, Ministry of War is a browser-based title featuring an unusual premise, one very few MMOs do, which is that it ends. Featuring four civilizations, Rome, China, Egypt, and Persia, players will battle it out and if one civilization defeats the other three, the game will reset and the winning side will get rewards.
Taking a page from A Tale in the Desert, each time the game ends, a new chapter will begin. The game also features trading, questing, leveling, battling, and guild systems. Ministry of War is currently in a limited beta. Keys are being distributed in a first-come, and first-served basis to a limited number of players. Visit the official site for more information.
