Games Workshop fans have a long wait for Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade, but the latest attempt at the long-awaited Warhammer 40k MMORPG is progressing. Albeit slowly. News of the title has fallen off as production and the convention season has cooled off, but that hasn’t ended the monthly newsletter. The latest release announces nothing unusual and yet it promotes one of Behaviour Interactives pillars, community engagement.
The developer has unlocked the official Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade forums. The fan-run sites like dakkadakka may retain the hardcore, but the official forum is the only place to guarantee developer interaction.
To get the conversation started, the community management team has started a variety of interesting topics, including a poll on which race you’ll select or the archetype who would win in a fight query.
